Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

  1. These Cloud Z Support portal terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “these terms and conditions”) apply to the services (hereinafter referred to as “ The purpose is to set the terms and conditions of use of the service (referred to as “service”).
  2. These terms and conditions are announced by posting them on the Cloud Z Support portal (https://support.skcc.com).

Article 2 (Definition of terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

  1. “Portal” refers to the Cloud Z Support portal (https://support.skcc.com) operated by the Company to provide Cloud Z Support services.
  2. “Member” refers to an individual or entity who accesses the portal provided by the company, agrees to these terms and conditions and the collection and use of personal information, confirms the email address and sets a password, and then uses the services provided by the company.
  3. “User” refers to a member or a person who uses the services provided by the portal.
  4. “User information” refers to information about the user, such as email address, name, phone number, company name, and position, that the user enters when using the portal.
  5. “Ticket” refers to content registered on the portal by a user for requests, inquiries, etc., or to provide guidance to individual users on the portal.
  6. “Suspension of use” means blocking access to the service the user is using.
  7. “Spam mail” refers to for-profit advertising emails that are sent in bulk against the recipient’s intention to unsubscribe or without consent.
  8. “Terms of Service” refers to detailed provisions of rights and restrictions for specific services among the services provided by the portal, which the Company may set separately and update from time to time.

Chapter 2 These Terms and Conditions

Article 3 (Effectiveness and change of terms and conditions)

  1. The Company provides services subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The contents of these terms and conditions are announced to users by posting them on the portal or through other means, and they become effective when users who agree to them use the portal, click the “I agree” button, or register as members of the portal.
  3. The Company posts the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the Company's name, business location, representative's name, business registration number, contact information (telephone, fax, email address, etc.) on the portal so that users can know them.
  4. These Terms and Conditions may be revised within the scope of the laws of the Republic of Korea if the Company deems it necessary. If the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, the expected date of application and reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the portal together with the current Terms and Conditions 7 days prior to the scheduled application date. do. However, if changes are made to the terms and conditions that are disadvantageous to the user, notice will be provided with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance, and additional notice will be provided through electronic means such as email.
  5. Even though the company has announced or notified the changed terms and conditions pursuant to Paragraph 4, and the user has not explicitly expressed his/her intention to reject the changed terms and conditions before the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she is deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions. If the user does not express his or her refusal to change the terms and conditions by the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions. If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he or she may stop using the service and request disposal of user information.
  6. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions means that you agree to regularly visit the portal operated by the Company to check for changes to the Terms and Conditions. The company is not responsible for any damage caused to users due to not knowing information about changed terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Rules other than terms and conditions)

  1. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Terms of Service established by the Company, and detailed service usage guidelines.
  2. If necessary, the company may separately set the terms and conditions of service to be applied to a specific service and announce them in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2. If the terms of the Terms of Service conflict with these Terms of Service, the terms of the Terms of Service will take precedence, except in cases where these Terms of Service take precedence over the Terms of Service.
  3. If necessary, the company may establish detailed usage guidelines related to the use of the service and announce them in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2.
  4. In relation to these Terms and Conditions, the contents announced by the Company through the portal bulletin board, etc. due to changes in the Company's policies, enactment/revision of laws, or notices or guidelines of public institutions, etc., also form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Company may have separate contracts and policies (hereinafter referred to as “separate service agreements”) for services, and if the contents conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the separate service agreements will take precedence.

Chapter 3 Membership registration, etc.

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

  1. Anyone who wishes to become a member must fill out the required information (e-mail address, name, etc.) according to the membership application form provided by the company when registering on the portal.
  2. The company checks the validity of email addresses for those who wish to become members to ensure smooth use of the service. In this case, anyone who wishes to become a member must verify the email address entered when applying for membership and set a password. In order to become a member, you must complete email address verification and password settings.

Article 6 (Change and protection of member information)

  1. Members can view and edit their information at any time through the profile modification screen. However, for service management purposes, email addresses cannot be changed/edited.
  2. If there are changes to the information provided at the time of membership registration, members must make changes online or notify the changes in a separate form and method determined by the company.
  3. The company strives to protect member information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
  4. The protection and use of personal information is subject to relevant laws and the personal information processing policy posted by the company on the portal. However, the company's personal information processing policy does not apply to other sites (including third-party portals) linked to other than the company's portal.

Article 7 (Suspension of qualification, etc.)

If the service usage of users, including members, falls under any of the following items, the company may request improvement within a certain period of time, and if no improvement is made within the period, the company may suspend the use of the service without prior notice.

  1. When used for the purpose of undermining national or social public interest
  2. If it is a criminal act or an act that is against public order and morals
  3. Actions that damage the reputation of others or cause disadvantage to others
  4. When used for other illegal or unfair purposes

Chapter 4 Obligations of the parties to the Terms and Conditions

Article 8 (Obligations of the Company)

  1. The company does not disclose, distribute or provide users' personal information known in connection with service provision to a third party without the user's consent. However, this does not apply in cases where a request is made by a relevant agency for the purpose of an investigation under relevant laws or in cases where there is a request by the Korea Communications Standards Commission, etc., in accordance with legal procedures in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  2. The Company does not engage in any acts prohibited by relevant laws or these Terms and Conditions or against good morals and morals, and does its best to provide continuous and stable services.
  3. In order to safely provide services, the company has a security system to protect personal information, and discloses and complies with its personal information processing policy.
  4. If the company recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by members in relation to the use of the service are justified, it will make efforts to improve them. In response to opinions or complaints raised by members, the company communicates the processing process and results to members through the portal or email.
  5. The company complies with laws related to the operation and maintenance of services, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

Article 9 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the user guide, precautions posted on the portal, and matters notified by the Company, and must not engage in any other actions that interfere with the Company's business.
  2. The user must provide a contactable email address when registering as a member or registering a ticket so that the company can inform the user of any necessary matters related to the use of the service. If the user's information changes, the user must immediately notify the company of the change, and the user must notify the user of any changes. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from failure to notify the company.
  3. Users must frequently check all policies and regulations, including matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, user guides and portal notices, and other operating policies established by the Company.
  4. Users may not use posted materials for commercial purposes, including processing or selling information obtained using the portal, and users are responsible for any problems arising from violation of this.

Article 10 (Obligations and responsibilities for managing email addresses and passwords)

  1. Users must thoroughly manage their email address or password to prevent it from being exposed or used by a third party.
  2. The user is responsible for all consequences resulting from damages resulting from the use of the service due to the user's violation of the obligations in the preceding paragraph or misuse by a third party, and the company is not responsible for the same.
  3. If the user becomes aware that the password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, the user must immediately notify the company and follow the company's instructions.
  4. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages arising from failure to follow the Company's instructions even if the User fails to notify the Company of the fact or does so.

Article 11 (Notification to users)

  1. When the company provides notification to a user, unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, the company may use methods such as sending an email to the email address designated by the user or sending a message within the service.
  2. If it is necessary to notify all users, the Company may post the relevant information on the portal bulletin board, etc. along with the individual notification in the preceding paragraph.

Article 12 (Entrustment of personal information)

In principle, the company performs tasks such as handling and management of collected personal information on its own, but if necessary, part or all of the work may be entrusted to a person selected by the company or provided to a third party. The company's personal information processing policy applies to the entrustment and provision of users' personal information to third parties.

Article 13 (Prohibition of transfer)

Members may not dispose of the right to use the service or other rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and the Service Agreement to others, such as transferring, donating, or providing collateral.

Chapter 5 Restrictions on Use and Withdrawal of Membership

Article 14 (Restrictions on use and suspension of use)

  1. The company may restrict all or part of the service or suspend use of the service when there is a disruption in the use of the service due to a national emergency, service facility failure, surge in service use, or service failure of a telecommunication carrier.
  2. The company may restrict or suspend all or part of the user's use of the service if the user's use of the service falls under any of the following items.
    1. If you do not fulfill your obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions
    2. If material that violates relevant laws is posted or provided on the portal
    3. When disclosing to others or providing services that are not permitted by the company
    4. If the user infringes on the intellectual property rights of the company, other users, or a third party
    5. When there is a request for correction from an external organization such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission
    6. In case of illegal use of another person's email address, password, corporate or personal information
    7. If the user violates other relevant laws and conditions of use set by the company, including these Terms and Conditions
    8. When spam emails are sent to an account provided by the company
    9. When an account is designated as spam-related by other reputable spam-related organizations or ISPs, etc.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Membership)

  1. Members can apply for membership withdrawal at any time with a ticket.
  2. If a member withdraws membership, the member's personal information will be deleted immediately upon withdrawal, except in cases where the company retains the member information in accordance with relevant laws and personal information processing policies.

Chapter 8 Compensation for Damages

Article 16 (Claim for damages against members)

If a user causes damage to the company by violating the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the company may claim compensation for damages from the user.

Article 17 (Disclaimer)

  1. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by data obtained by users using the portal.
  2. The company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of posts posted by users on the portal, and has no obligation to confirm or represent any opinions or information posted on the service. Additionally, the company does not approve, oppose, or modify opinions expressed by third parties.
  3. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes that arise between users or between users and third parties through the portal, and is not responsible for compensating for any resulting damages.
  4. The user is responsible for any damage resulting from the user's negligence in managing his/her information and password, or for any illegal use by a third party, and the company is not responsible for such damages.

Article 18 (Jurisdiction)

  1. If a dispute arises between the company and the member regarding the use of the service, the company and the member will negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
  2. If the dispute is not resolved despite the consultation in the preceding paragraph, the two parties shall resolve it by mutual agreement at the Seoul Central District Court.
  3. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to lawsuits filed between the company and users.

Article 19 (Other)

If special provisions are required for terms not included in these Terms and Conditions, the Company and the User may provide and use the Service by writing and signing a separate Service Agreement.

Supplementary provisions (September 26, 2024)

These terms and conditions will take effect from September 26, 2024.

Personal information collection and use agreement

SK Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) obtains user consent regarding the collection and use of personal information in order to provide Cloud Z Support service (hereinafter “Service”) through the Cloud Z Support portal (https://support.skcc.com). I would like to receive . The company collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide services, actively protects users' personal information, and does not use the collected personal information for any purpose other than the following.
